Completed in 2025, the ultra-lush plant design at Tishman Speyer’s NYC headquarters showcases the firm’s commitment to sustainability and design innovation. Greenery NYC transformed the open-plan gathering space with towering Amstel King trees and dense underplantings of ZZ plants, pothos, aspidistra, dracaena 'Lemon Lime', and more—creating a dynamic, living landscape within the office. Natural analog-inspired millwork defines the flow of the space, mimicking organic terrain and enhancing the biophilic experience. This project reflects a forward-looking approach to workplace design, where nature is not just an accent, but a foundational element supporting wellness, engagement, and environmental leadership.
