Interior Plant Maintenance
Keeping your plants thriving, year-round. Our trained horticulturists handle everything — so you never have to think about it.
Ongoing care
Lush and pristine — guaranteed
A beautiful office plant installation is only as good as its ongoing care. Our plant maintenance programs ensure that every plant we place continues to thrive, whether it's a single statement ficus or a 1,000-square-foot living wall system. We take horticultural care seriously and our work has been recognized as the gold standard by the National Association of Landscape Professionals.
We offer weekly and bi-weekly care packages for offices, retail spaces, hotels, and commercial spaces across New York City, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.
We grow plants, not stage them
This is what thriving looks like
Etsy HQ
While it is common practice for other companies to stage and swap out plants, we design for growth. Placing plants potted in plastic nursery pots within decorative pots and covering it with dried moss might make it easy to swap out plants, but it is not optimal for long-term growth. At Greenery, we strive to build ecosystems that last, and to do this we use the best soil and plant directly into it in all planters, fostering happy roots which make happy plants.
This approach not only allows plants to adjust properly to their new environment, it also makes them more disease and pest resistant. Best of all, this method encourages exponential growth and health over time.
Scope of work
Every maintenance plan includes
Scheduled Visits
Weekly or bi-weekly visits from trained horticulturists, timed to work around you and your guests.
Watering & Irrigation
We check irrigation and grow systems at every visit, performing any needed maintenance or adjustments.
Pruning & Individualized Care
Every plant is pruned, cleaned, and cared for based on its specific needs — not a one-size-fits-all routine.
Fertilization
We regularly feed your plants and will consult with you on organic vs. chemical fertilizers.
Pest & Disease Management
Early identification and treatment of pests and disease — before they become a problem.
Design Evolution
As your space grows and changes, we work with you to ensure your plants grow with it.
Planter Care
Containers are cleaned, repositioned as needed, and topped with fresh substrate to maintain a pristine appearance.
Plant Guarantee
Any plant purchased from and installed by us is fully warrantied while under our care, with free replacements.
Free replacements. Guaranteed.
Our maintenance plans come with a free replacement guarantee. If a plant ever declines, we replace it — completely free, no exceptions, no fine print, no upcharge.
