In 2017, Greenery NYC partnered with Corcoran to design the sales office for The Greenpoint Condominiums. A prominent living wall, featuring the project’s logo at its center, draws attention from street traffic and serves as a dynamic visual anchor for the leasing office. Positioned behind a scale model of the condominium, the installation brings a sense of natural vibrancy and organic warmth to the rapidly developing neighborhood, seamlessly blending architecture and greenery.
