  • Accounts Manager

    Applicant must be skilled with indoor/outdoor plant installation and maintenance, including identifying any potential disease or pests, and have the confidence take action when necessary. This position may include site visits to assess client spaces and you must have the ability to communicate with clients about proper maintenance plans, as well as be able to suggest plants that will thrive in their space.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

    • Train, manage, and lead interior horticulturist staff
    • Customer service and client correspondence
    • Coordinate schedules and team access to all maintenance sites
    • Review all site notes for action items or issues
    • Coordinate pick up and deliveries on client sites
    • Research and implement best practices for specific plant care as needed
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 1+ years management experience
    • 1+ years customer service experience
    • Pro-active, hard-working, and ability to multi-task
    • Ability to prioritize and delegate
    • Knowledge of interior plants and their preferred environment
    • Willingness and ability to learn and use software programs
    • Must be a self-motivated, energetic, motivated, hardworking, honest, reliable, responsible and love working with plants.

  • Green Wall Technician

    Must have professional horticultural experience and knowledge of Living Walls.

    RESPONSIBILIES INCLUDE

    • Prune and perform general plant maintenance on Living Wall projects
    • Perform system checks and irrigation adjustments
    • Monitor and treat for pests
    • Interact with clients to inform them of progress or issues
    • Research and implement best practices for specific plant care as needed

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 1+ years professional experience with irrigation and horticultural troubleshooting
    • Pro-active, hard-working, and punctual
    • Ability to ID and treat any plant-based pests or disease
    • Proper pruning and planting skills
    • Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
    • Willingness and ability to learn
    • Experience with low voltage lighting systems a plus
    • Must be a self-motivated, energetic, hardworking, honest, reliable, responsible and love working with plants.

    Hours may range from part time to full time. This position involves traveling via subway to various locations around Manhattan and Brooklyn.

  • Interior Plant Specialist

    Applicant must be skilled with indoor/outdoor plant installation and maintenance, including identifying any potential disease or pests, and have the confidence take action when necessary. This position may include site visits to assess client spaces and you must have the ability to communicate with clients about proper maintenance plans, as well as be able to suggest plants that will thrive in their space.

    RESPONSIBILIES INCLUDE

    • Deep understanding of and knowledge of plants and their needs
    • Ability to ID and treat any plant-based pests or disease
    • 2 + years of horticultural experience
    • Great communication skills
    • Pro-active, hard-working, and punctual
    • Working outdoors in all weather conditions
    • Valid Driver License with excellent driving record a plus

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 1+ years professional gardening experience or equivalent horticultural degree
    • Pro-active, hard-working, and punctual
    • Ability to ID and treat any plant-based pests or disease
    • Proper pruning and planting skills
    • Knowledge of seasonal garden maintenance routines
    • Willingness and ability to learn
    • Must be able to drive a 14 ft truck
    • Must be able to dig and lift 50 lbs with ease
    • Valid driver’s license and SS#
    • Experience with drip irrigation and low voltage lighting systems a plus
    • Hardscaping and carpentry experience a plus
    • Must be energetic, motivated, hardworking, honest, reliable, responsible and love working with plants.

  • Marketing Manager

    Greenery NYC is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and manage all marketing initiatives for our ecommerce site. They should have experience in digital product/design, content and asset development, building and executing holistic acquisition and retention strategies. The right candidate is relentlessly positive, independent, flexible, fast-moving and results oriented. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills, a creative mind-set, and a passion for retail, e-commerce, and digital marketing.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work with the executive team to develop communications strategy, calendar, and concepts to reach and target our customers in a meaningful way

    • Develop and execute content creation for integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels

    • Identify potential partnership and collaboration opportunities with on-brand organizations, events, and external parties to build a roadmap for engagement

    • Oversee day to day bid management, campaign builds, and ad copy/creative (including strategic recommendations on custom creative and messaging for each market)

    • Track, monitor and optimize performance against key KPIs

    • Drive an ongoing creative experimentation framework/program

    • Recommend new tactics, concepts, and approaches to inform the broader digital marketing strategy

    • Measurement and reporting on efficacy of your initiatives and our customer acquisition efforts. You will communicate results and learnings to the rest of the team on a weekly basis.

    • Propose and execute A/B tests on landing pages and other digital properties to drive increased conversion.

    • Proposing new, cost efficient ways to drive customer acquisition

    • Develop KPIs and report on performance, with an eye toward continuous improvement

    • Discover new relationships and nurture existing ones to build a wellspring of brand-building events, and expand our partner rolodex

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least 2+years track record of driving efficient customer growth through digital marketing including SEM, display and paid social.

    • Analytical and data-driven mindset with a keen eye towards optimization and a demonstrated ability to interpret quantitative results.

    • Experience with A/B testing to identify and execute recommendations.

    • Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality – we’re a small team, everyone including our executive team gets their hands dirty (literally) to get things done.

    • Nimble – able to handle changing tasks and priorities and adapt quickly.

    • Desire to try new things, with an eye toward testing and learning

    • Experience working with partners to create out-of-the-box ideas that generate value for both us and our partners

    • A direct, honest, and empathetic way of approaching projects and tasks

    • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize based on shifting business needs, and can distill what will truly drive impact
